General characteristics
Model M: Manual fork mixer. 2 speeds, no timer. The mixing time is managed manually by the operator, manual cycle.
Model S: Semi-automatic fork mixer. 2 speeds, 1 timer. The mixing time at the selected speed is managed by one single timer, semi-automatic cycle.
Model A: Automatic fork mixer. 2 speeds, 2 timers. Both speeds have their own timer. The switching from speed 1 to speed 2 occurs automatically, automatic cycle.
